Why Sponsor ESDCTA?

Thank you for considering a partnership with Eastern States Dressage & Combined Training Association (ESDCTA), a proud founding member of the United States Dressage Federation. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to support the growth of dressage in our community while promoting your business to a targeted, engaged audience of riders, trainers, and equestrian enthusiasts.

Our sponsorship program allows businesses to connect with a passionate, active community and gain exposure at a range of events, from local schooling shows to USDF-recognized competitions, clinics, social events, and qualifying competitions for national and international Championships. We aim to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the equestrian experience while boosting visibility for your brand.

Sponsorship Levels

1. Platinum Sponsor – $1,000+

  • Event Recognition: Announcements as a Platinum Sponsor at our major events and shows.
  • Dedicated Sponsor Page in Program: A full-page ad or profile of your company in all event programs and digital publications.
  • Logo on website: Your logo will be featured on the ESDCTA website along with a link to your website.
  • Social Media Recognition: Dedicated monthly posts on our social media accounts
  • Banner Placement at Events: Your company’s banner (if provided) will be displayed prominently at all GMO events, including shows and clinics.
  • Complimentary Awards Banquet tickets: Plaque presented at awards banquet and 2 included admissions.
  • Free Vendor Space: Free Vendor space at all ESDCTA-run events, when available.

2. Gold Sponsor – $500

  • Event Recognition: Announcements as a Gold Sponsor at our major events and shows.
  • Dedicated Sponsor Page in Program: A half-page ad or profile of your company in all event programs and digital publications.
  • Logo on website: Your logo will be featured on the ESDCTA website along with a link to your website.
  • Social Media Recognition: Dedicated bi-monthly posts on our social media accounts
  • Banner Placement at Events: Your company’s banner (if provided) will be displayed prominently at all GMO events, including shows and clinics.

3. Silver Sponsor – $250

  • Event Recognition: Recognition as a Silver Sponsor at our major events and shows
  • Dedicated Sponsor Page in Program: A quarter-page ad or profile of your company in all event programs and digital publications.
  • Logo on website: Your logo will be featured on the ESDCTA website along with a link to your website.
  • Social Media Recognition: Dedicated quarterly posts on our social media accounts

4. Bronze Sponsor – $150

  • Event Recognition: Recognition as a Silver Sponsor at our major events and shows
  • Dedicated Sponsor Page in Program: A business card ad or profile of your company in all event programs and digital publications.
  • Logo on website: Your logo will be featured on the ESDCTA website along with a link to your website.
  • Social Media Recognition: Dedicated semi-annual posts on our social media accounts

5. Youth Program Sponsor – All Youth Program sponsors will be recognized on the ESDCTA Youth page on the website, and on the ESDCTA Youth team banner which will be displayed at team shows.

  • Team Supporter – $100: Funds support sending youth to compete in team competitions to help reduce costs associated with attending travel shows.
  • Tack Stall Sponsor – $200: Provides a tack stall for one team that competes at the Region 1 Youth Team Challenge or Lendon’s Youth Dressage Festival.
  • Youth Program Swag Sponsor – $500: Provides swag items such as polo shirts for each ESDCTA Youth team member that competes at the Region 1 Youth Team Challenge, Lendon’s Youth Dressage Festival, and the Team Challenge at the Bucks County Horse Park. Includes your single color logo or name printed on the swag item.

Show Program Advertising and Sponsorship

Newsletter Advertising

Collective Remarks is our official publication. Sent monthly, it is full of member ads, clinic information, and our regional calendar of events and results. To receive current copies of the newsletter, you must be a member. Business Members receive one free business card in the newsletter monthly for one year.

The editor encourages members to submit original articles, photographs and artwork for possible publication. We will make every effort to include submissions received. The goal of Collective Remarks is to serve the needs of the membership. Feel free to contact the editor anytime with questions and/or comments. ESDCTA is not responsible for the opinions and statements expressed in paid advertisements.

Articles should be submitted via email to newsletter@esdcta.org. The editor reserves the right to edit, modify, omit or change content to submitted stories or articles due to space restrictions.

Deadline: 10th of every month
